I am a novice when it comes to family trees. Like probably too many others,
it is an interest that has taken many years to mature. Unfortunately, in
these kind of cases, some of the information sources are no longer with us and
can't add their part to the story. So I've been collecting information and
have started to do some 'internet' research. It is not easy and particularly
compounded by the 'americanization' of first and last names of my European
ancestors. Drymiller or Dreimueller or Dreimüller! Get the picture?
Last year I had some email contact with another individual whose last
name is Dreimiller. Most recently, I came across the family tree of a distant
relative in Germany. He (Heiko Gauer) and I share the same 7th generation
grandparents. Because of the extensive tree that he has built, at
least part of my tree has been much simplied. There is much work to do however
as the quest continues. The tree I am building is far from complete. The following are names that you might find in my tree: Bechtlof Brenner Brown Chapman Drymiller Dreimueller Dreimüller Fogelberg Gage Gould Guevara Mora Hartson Hohn Jermys Keilmann McPhersen Molitor Morweiser Niederehe O'Effling Ofenloch Reißenbach Spencer Tremmel Wick Wiedemann If you would like to see the tree that I am building, you may do so by following this link: http://www.geneanet.org/geneweb/g.php3?b=jjdrymiller |
