I first came to Costa Rica in 1971 with the Peace Corps. I married in Nicoya
in 1973 and terminated my service in 1974. Over the years my wife and I
were able to spend many a happy vacation in Costa Rica with the idea to spend
more time there after retirement. Thanks to company downsizing that came
about quicker than we anticipated. Now we spend more time in Costa Rica and
